I used Basic Black card stock and the Tranquil Textures DSP.

Measurements

Basic Black card stock 8¼" x 9¾" (A4 is a smidge wider than 8¼ so just run it through your trimmer :)

DSP of your choice.

• 1 of 8⅛" x 2⅞"
• 2 of 8⅛" x ⅝"
• 2 of 2⅞" x ⅝"

Score the black card at the following places.

• Long side - ¾" and 9" (you could rotate the card and do both sides at the ¾" mark)
• Short side - ¾", 3¾", 4½" and 7½"
