Spring Sneak Speak 06 - Butterfly Gala

Hello everyone and welcome to another sneak peak, today we are looking at the Butterfly Gala Bundle, a lovely set indeed.
I cased the catalogue for this one, but had to make a couple of changes...

The Measurements and Method

For the above card I used the following. (all sizes are inches )

• Card Base of Lemon Lime Twist 8¼ x 5⅞, score and fold at 4⅛
• Inside piece of Whisper White 3⅞ x 5⅝
• Front mat piece of 2018 In Colour DSP 3⅞ x 5⅝
• Scrap of Highland Heather for Butterflies, stamp tone on tone with the same ink.
• Scrap of Whisper White for the sentiment
• Scrap piece of vellum to cut out a 2¼ scallop circle with the layering dies

1. Adhere the inside piece of WW
2. Stamp two sets of butterflies and punch out, you will need 1 large and 2 small ones.
3. Stamp the sentiment on to the WW and cut to size, leave to dry completely.
4. Adhere the vellum to the front mat piece slight above centre.
5. Adhere the large butterfly and 1 small one to the mat piece using dimensionals.
6. Ensuring the sentiment is dry, lightly go over with a Daffodil Delight Stamping Blends marker or Watercolour Pencil, no need to add water, just the pencil is fine.
7. Adhere the sentiment to the vellum using dimensionals and add the last butterfly.
8. Adhere the completed mat piece to the card base.
