Is it a Balloon or a Flower?

It's both!
Ok, actually it is a flower but made with a balloon punch!
I then attached the flower to a pizza box which I had decorated with DSP cut with my Scan 'n' Cut

• 3 x 1" circles
• Pizza Box - 1 x DSP 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"
• 4 x DSP 3 1/4" x 3/4"
