Love the way this turned out with the combination of Crumb Cake and Copper, here is the card.
The Measurements and Method for the above card. (inches)
- A card base measuring 8¼ x 5⅞ in Crumb Cake
- 2 of MAT Pieces measuring 3⅞ x 5⅝ in Very Vanilla (1 for the front and 1 for the inside (did it later so not filmed)
- Scrap piece of Copper Foil Paper for the scallop Circle
- Scrap piece of Very Vanilla for the sentiment
- Scrap piece of Crumb Cake for the dragonfly
- Adhere one of the pieces of Very Vanilla to the inside of the card.
- Using Crumb Cake ink, stamp 2 dandelion clusters on the other piece of VV and add the dandelion with the floating seeds slightly above it.
- Stamp the sentiment onto the scrap of VV and cut out with an oval stitched shape die.
- Cut out a slightly larger scallop oval from the layering ovals in the Copper Foil. adhere the two together and put 2 dimensionals on the bottom.
- Adhere the sentiment piece to the stamped piece of VV.
- Using Versamark ink, stamp the detailed large dragonfly onto the scrap piece of Crumb Cake, cover with Copper embossing powder and heat emboss.
- Cut out the dragonfly with the framelit and place 2 dimensionals, one on each wing.
- Slightly curve the dragonfly wings and adhere to the stamped piece of VV.
- Adhere the completed front piece to the card base.
