Revisiting Balloon Celebration

Another in my occasional series on visiting older stamp sets that are still current, this is number three and today it is the turn of Balloon Celebration together with the coordinating balloon bouquet punch. Card has been cased from the lovely Kay Kalthoff and you can find her original here.

The Materials, Measurements and Method for the above card (in inches)

• Card base of Pineapple Punch 8¼ x 5⅞ scored and folded at 4⅛
• MAT piece of Pool Party 3⅞ x 5⅝
• 5⅝ x ¾ strips from Best Route DSP x 2
• Scraps of Blueberry Bushel and Pineapple Punch for the balloons

1. Stamp 2 balloon strings and the sentiment onto the Pool Party card in Blueberry Bushel ink, taking care not to get too close to the left edge.
2. Adhere the 2 strips of DSP to the left edge of the Pool Party card.
3. Stamp the outline of the large and small balloons onto the scrap card stock and stamp the gradient fill into them as well. Punch out the balloons.
4. Adhere the balloons with dimensionals to the top of the stamped string.
5. Embellish!
